32Red is part of the FDJ United group and its affiliates are managed through the FDJ United Affiliates program, operated by Kindred (London) Ltd. The contractual party is Kindred (London) Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 03433883.

Net Revenue is gross revenue minus financial transaction fees, bonuses, loyalty rewards, chargebacks, a 35% administration fee, country taxes, betting duties and fraud costs. The 35% admin fee is built into the Net Revenue definition in the agreement, so your commission percentage is applied to the figure after that deduction.

Where you promote more than one FDJ United brand, revenue share is calculated across all products and all brands combined. This means a loss on one brand can offset gains on another when working out your monthly commission.

The programme operates a last-click cookie valid for 45 days. A customer is linked to the last affiliate who referred them within that 45-day window.

By default, yes. If your referred players generate a negative balance in any month, that deficit carries over into the following month. However, you can apply to have this changed to a no negative carryover plan, which requires approval from the Head of Affiliates. If approved, any negative balance resets to zero at the start of the new month.

The minimum payment threshold is 100 EUR. If your commission does not reach that amount in a given month, the balance carries forward until it does. Payments are finalised after the 10th working day of each month, as figures before that date may change due to third-party data uploads.

Yes. Once you are an approved affiliate, you can refer other affiliates to the programme and earn 5% of their commissions. Sub-affiliates must be referred through the programme's own content rather than created as separate accounts.
